I had a problem with the Cara cups that came in and the customer service/support asked if I wanted a refund or replacement. When I chose replacement, they were sent out right away. I appreciate it. Thank you!
I purchased 2 Cara cups and literally 2 cups arrived instead of 2 sets. Most collection cup, if you buy 1, it comes as a set (1 for each breast).
When I opened the box, it has couple strands of hair as well as film/cream as if it was previously used.
