Choosing Your Size:
Size

Medium
Women’s shoe sizes ~6–10 or men’s ~5–9; fits most average-width toes for a snug, discreet separation.
Large
Women’s shoe sizes ~10+ or men’s ~9+; provides extra spacing for wider toes or more cushioning.
If you’re between sizes, choose Medium for a snugger fit or Large if you prefer more spacing and cushioning.
How to Use:
Wash and dry the affected area.
Place spacer between toes so gel rests directly against the skin.
Remove for at least 3–4 hours daily to allow skin to breathe.
