How to Use / Instructions

1. Measure instep circumference to confirm fit (recommended fit range: 8.5" to 12").
2. Slide the sleeve over your foot so the heel sits comfortably in the heel pocket and the arch insert pocket aligns under the arch.
3. Select the desired insert (milder or firmer) and slide it into the pocket to achieve your preferred arch support level.
4. Adjust the sleeve so edges lie flat and feel smooth against skin — wear with socks or directly in shoes as preferred.
5. Start by wearing 1–2 hours a day and gradually increase wear time as your foot adapts. Wash gently as needed and air dry.
